Trilogy Park: Hidden in Hoschton

Trilogy Park is a Gwinnett County neighborhood, but many won’t know it because it’s located in Hoschton, GA.  Hoschton, is located out further than Chateau Elan, but there’s a little “sliver” that is in Gwinnett County.   While it is built fairly recently, it is known for being “old-fashioned”; lined with trees and surrounded by nature. The confines of Trilogy Park are quiet and peaceful but it is within reach of everything that you might need in the city.

You’re 6 miles from the interstate, shopping and less than 10 miles from the largest mall in the SouthEast, the Mall of Georgia.

Homes in Trilogy Park

Originally, new construction homes in Trilogy Park are built by Waterford Homes, Peachtree Residential, O’Dwyer and Touchstone.  After the downturn of real estate, these builders went their way leaving only Waterford to finish out the neighborhood with the help of 2 others.  These builders have been making homes since 1991 and have been known for their high quality work. For this Hoschton neighborhood, Waterford Homes has created 10 floor plans ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3-4 bedrooms, and 2770-3200sqft, giving new construction home buyers tons of options depending on what they need. All homes have 2-stories, and feature gourmet kitchens and luxurious baths.
