Good news for Lawrenceville locals: a new commercial-residential development will start construction on May 15. Shoppes at Doughboy is a $5.5 million development at 3345 Penn Ave, Lawrenceville by Allie DePaquale, John Elash Jr., and Kris and Bob Senko.
This development will feature 2-bedroom, and 2-bathroom high-end apartments. These apartments have a 22-space integral garage and 9400sqft retail space. There will also be more car parking space as there will be an off-site parking area that can contain up to 32 cars.
Shoppes at Doughboy is targeted to be completed by the fall of 2015 and will have three stories with a ground level.
Pittsburgh Urban Redevelopment Authority and the State of Georgia with the cooperation of Lawrenceville corp., and Lawrenceville United will be providing funding through loans and grants.
Allie DePaquale, John Elash Jr., and Kris and Bob Senko has built the Sahnnopin Village recently which is also a commercial/residential development at Butler St. Lawrenceville.
